IIS is driving me a bit bonkers today. Lost all my metabase edits after the last restart.
IE 8 isn’t all that horrible to use, but that default behavior to open everything in a new window instead of tab is just freakin’ maddening.
OMG! I *just* realized that IIS 6 defaults to restarting the Application Pools every 29 hours. Who thought 29 would be a good number? #wtf?
Or wait. Is “recycle worker processes (in minutes)” really referring to idle time? Can’t find a definitive answer in MSDN. (regarding IIS 6)
